Fantastic friendly service! We recently sold our house with BJB in Cannock and the whole team were brilliant. Steve took us through the process so we felt happy and comfortable with the decisions we were making. Andy was really efficient with all our paperwork and we could always contact him easily with questions. We also took advantage of the Mortgage Advise provided by BJB and having Matt there to find the best deal for us was a great help when moving is stressful enough. We found everyone at Cannock to be professional and friendly and we thank them for their support.
We moved on 21-03-2022, thanks to Becky who kept us informed and up-to date with relevant information regarding the sale of our property, I cannot thank her enough for her caring professional nature nothing was too much trouble, also for the recommendation of the solicitors we used the whole process went through with ease.
Butters John Bee have been a huge help throughout the whole purchase process and have been delightful to deal with. Amy and Andy have been particularly helpful in chasing up the solicitors, but all of the staff have been extremely friendly! Highly recommend.
