So after being dumped in the Airport because apparently ‘I’ didn’t ask for our once in a lifetime trip to Iceland to include transfers to and from our hotel and lodging a complaint Thomas Cook have brushed it off. Disgusting outcome to a frightening experience. Stranded. I would avoid this company unless you are a travel agent and apparently know what to ask for. I will never use this company again. And I encourage no one else does.
