Just been here for a meal. Awful experience from start to finish. The staff were absent we had to go looking for them to order both courses and to get menus. We were not told about the salad bar. Had to ask what it was!! Then to round it off nicely they tried to charge me for a meal that was out of stock. As well as the replacement one!! Dont go there, walk right past!!

Standard Harvester. Quality sacrificed for quantity, somewhat. Salads can be quite good as long as the customers haven't been acting as if they are at a chimp's tea party. Who drops beetroot in the coleslaw? They weren't even next to each other!

Nice meal, lovely waiter but as he was new service slow and found ourselves having to repeat every part our order. Maybe a few more staff and a bit more training may be in order. Desert was glorious.

Took far too long just to order 3 drinks at the bar, it was a quiet evening! Had the tapas starter option, very bland, potato skins burnt. Ordered a side of onion rings to come with main course, they arrived with the starter. Therefore receiving another portion with the mains, which pretty much got wasted. I had one of the combo meals, flavour was ok but the coleslaw had gone off, told the waitress and her reply was "I'm not surprised!" Still go in for drinks, but probably not for food

Good food and staff very friendly. However definitely understaffed, took 15 minutes to seat us as they needed to clear tables while doing all thier other jobs. Only about 4 other tabled seated at the time. Took 20 minutes for food order to be taken. Please hire more staff!!
