Great atmosphere, fantastic food and extremely helpful staff, especially Charlotte. She went out her way to ensure ourselves and the other customers were well cared for and had everything they needed. She made helpful suggestions about what drinks would go with what dish and was spot on. She was helpful but not pushy and created the perfect balance to make us feel welcome and special without making us feel uncomfortable or rushed. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. I shall be returning and bringing my friends.

I never rant on the Internet, but absolutely disgusted with the service that this club brings to it's customers! The bouncers are so frigging rude and have no respect for people. Chucking people out just because they were judging the way mans danced and the way he dressed! Just because he got more swag than the rest! He was gay and wasn't trying to flirt with girls at all! Poor guy got chucked out by security and got grabbed by the THROAT and HAIR! He didn’t even have a clue why he got chucked out and was so upset! We were on a hen night out too and we called the club beforehand to make sure we can bring a blow-up toy in for jokes, and they said it was fine. But again, NO the bouncers won't let it in. Was like "Get that dick out of my face! I don't care if the club says no but I am the head doorman and if I say no then it's a no!" The toy has probably got a bigger dick than the head doorman himself, that's probably why he got so angry over it! LOL I swear all the bouncers in this club are HOMOPHOBIC! You are just a bunch of violent snobs that judge people by appearance before even investigating into what actually happened! How can you even hurt someone like that! CUBA REVS, F*** YOU and the whole entire franchise! I will make sure neither I or my friends will ever come back again!

Such a beautiful spot. Great decor, great staff and great food. My first time at a Cuban themed restaurant and it really didn't disappoint! Highly recommended.

Very delicious food. The ambient was great and the waiter was really polite, friendly and helpful. My wife and I were there for my wife's birthday and they offered a complimentary drink and cake.

Absolutely love this place, my weekend trips to Nottingham are not complete until iv had one of those fab cocktails, fantastic atmosphere, great staff and friendly doorman, one kind doorman ( don't know his name, handsome guy with a beard) even offered to hold my brolly over my head while i stood in the rain waiting my turn to go in, definitely will be back first chance i get.... Five star
