I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a luxury watch for £17,000. Upon receiving the watch, I noticed visible scratches on the case and bracelet, which are completely unacceptable for an item of this value. I immediately contacted the seller to resolve the issue, only to be met with dismissiveness and denial, claiming the scratches were not present when they shipped it. For a high-end purchase, I expected better quality control and professional customer service. The seller's refusal to accept responsibility for a clearly defective product is appalling. I now have an expensive, damaged watch and no support in rectifying the issue. I would advise others to be very cautious when purchasing from this seller, as their after-sales service is severely lacking. I regret making this purchase and wish I had gone to a more reputable retailer.
So pleased with the service I received after visiting 3 different watch repairers about fitting a bespoke strap to my collectable watch. All said it couldn’t be done. AMJ were friendly, helpful and quick. They fitted the strap within 5 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Polished and serviced my Omega Speedmaster Mark III. Pleased with the result will definitely be using them again.
Absolutely exceptional service! Unbelievably reasonable pricing for the superb repair on my water-damaged Rolex watch. Despite my mishap of dropping it in a pool, AMJ watch repair managed an incredibly swift turnaround in just 10 days, defying the month-long estimates and exorbitant quotes from other repair centers. My gratitude knows no bounds. AMJ watch repair comes wholeheartedly recommended by me!
Took watch in to have a small blemish brushed out on the bezel, +£1500 watch, and received a fair quote online. Took it in personally, met with friendly lady part of a 3 person operation in a secure shared office block and advised a few days to do and collect. No problem. On collection the price was 40% less than quoted. One happy customer left the building. Would use again .
Absolutely top class experience. My seventies Rolex had lost it’s crown and stem. I showed up unannounced, they had the parts and solved it within an hour. At a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Took a 60 year old Seiko in which the previous repairer declared was "beyond repair". AMJ worked their magic and now it keeps perfect time and looks almost new. Frankly I was amazed. Absolutely brilliant service.
I took my late Father’s 1972 Bulova Accutron watch to almost every watch repair shop in London and no one would touch it parts unavailable, not worth fixing, will cost you £££ etc.. I almost gave up getting the Accutron working again when I stumbled across AMJ Watch Repair who, to my surprise, were totally confident in fixing my sentimental timepiece. Swiftly, the watch repair was booked in by the very pleasant Natalie, parts were ordered and a full service was undertaken and the watch was ready for collection in a matter of weeks. The watch now runs beautifully and looks as good as it did when my father wore it all those years ago, I couldn’t be more pleased. Bravo to AMJ Watch Repair for bringing this special timepiece back into my life!
After lots of research we entrusted AMJ watches to restore and service my late grandfathers Longine watch ….for my 21st birthday present. The team were superb, from discussions about what should be done full service as it hadn’t been worn for around 8 years and polishing/ cleaning, to what could be done, restoration of face, new pointers as originals were bent, new Longine strap or a cheaper…but still very nice strap we chose the Longine, new dome/glass, as the original was still showing scratches even after polishing. The end result was magnificent and shall see many years of use. The whole team worked to very tight timelines 21st birthday celebration the restoration of a watch face is not a quick process, nor is obtaining a genuine Longine strap and then theyhad to contend with unscheduled postal strikes to get the watch to the other end of the country. We are so glad we went with AMJ, they kept us informed through and we’re always polite and efficient. The end product is superb and we are all very happy with their service. Would not hesitate to recommend the to anyone, we will be using them for all our watch needs from now on in spite of being hundreds of miles away. Thankyou Julia and team. Life would be a lot more pleasant and easier if all businesses worked like yours.
