Great service received. However the labour hourly rate is astronomical. So all is just about affordable until your car needs something extra, then your wallet is gonna feel it big time. But they'll still get my custom due to the quality of work and customer service.
Got my car in for service, pick it up fuel smell come into the car as soon as heater is on. 1 day later all service lights came on. Not sure to take back, cause they will charge more.
just received our brand new Puma and delighted with the service we received - Harrisons got us the best price and Gary looked after us really well with updates on the cars delivery schedule. Can thoroughly recommend them as at no point were they pushy - they have been nothing but helpful from the beginning of our enquiry to final delivery of the car.

Today started badly. High pressure hose blew on my van. Local garages in Symington were my emergency but they damaged the van before so I called them to cancel the repair. Called countless places Inc peoples ford and prices were all over the place with a delay of days. As a gardener I'm already under extreme fuel pressure so I don't need garages making up prices etc. So I thought fix it myself it's a simple job. Phoned Harrisons and was given nothing but good advice and assured I'll be called when the parts arrive. Got the call and headed of to peebles. Extremely nice staff and I can't mind the young lad on parts who made sure I was always in the picture but he deserves a pay rise. Price was spot on making me wonder why people ford tried to add 50 extra?. Anyway got home 30 minute repair were most garages said couple of hours and I have basic tools and no ramps. Van back to work tomorrow. Local and some dealers need to get their act together. Getting your motor fixed is a total lottery. Harrisons seems to be a honest setup. And I can't thank them enough for today. Alba garden maintenance.
After searching high and low for a great low mileage example of a Fiesta ST, we finally found one at the Harrison’s Ford dealership in Peebles. The fact that it was almost a six hour drive away meant we had to do the viewing remotely, and make sure everything on the car was right before picking it up. Dawn was the sales lady who dealt with us throughout the whole process, and we found her to be an extremely genuine and helpful person - who answered all of of our questions and also addressed all of our concerns before we picked the car up. On picking the car up it was in immaculate condition, just as described, going through the paperwork was a smooth transaction, and we were even given a box of chocolates which I thought was a nice touch. I couldn’t recommend this dealer highly enough, and we’ll certainly look to use them again when that time to buy a new car comes round again.
Steven was our salesman I have purchased cars before from many dealers but this was the best experience we have ever had from just looking to going back and purchasing not pushy at all very relaxed and was just professional friendly we really can't say any more, first class service we would really highly recommend.
Bought my last car here. Great customer service, after 4 months a error on dashboard and enjoyed the brilliant customer service of the service department. Definitely going to be using Harrison ford for all car purchases going forward. Highly recommend.

This is an important local resource as it's the only car hire centre in Peebles and the vast surrounding area it serves. Their smallest hire, a Fiesta, is not cheap by airport standards £38 a day but the convenience of having a local car hire centre makes it worthwhile -- and I got ripped off by Easirent last time I hired at the airport. And driving a Ford Fiesta for two days made me realise how superb these cars are -- great handling and impressive fuel economy. The staff are friendly and helpful and far less bureaucratic than at most car hire places I've been to. They help you through the paperwork in a friendly manner. I like them. Next time I'm looking to buy a car this garage will be my first port of call.
