There's nothing worse than pressure sales and that's why I'm delighted with my experience. I was given clear and concise information of the choices available before making my purchase. I had intended buying the basic model but decided to buy the comfort version on it's merit after my test drive. On collecting the vehicle I was given a full induction and I'm convinced that everyone will feel comfortable driving home. I can't see how you could improve on your service.

Bought a lovely CRV. Staff all friendly and attentive,  and Alex , who dealt with me, was first class. Would thoroughly recommend for both new and used cars..

Bought a car here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage. Pleasurable experience from start to finish. All the staff, especially Ian and David who dealt with us were friendly and informative without a hint of being pushy for a sale. Would definitely go back here when the time comes to replace the car.

Brown Brothers representative had the paperwork ready to check the car in and was polite and efficient. Similarly at collection later in the day it was handled efficiently although contact on re status could have been more prompt.
