Staff slow and very off hand as though they are doing you a great favour. They could do with going on customer care training.

It's my local bank and they are very helpful mostly bank on line but very helpful if you need the help from two staff on the premises
ATM are never stocked up and one of ATM always down and take them days to sort out and how rude they are and with lockdown happening..now you can't withdraw any money from ATM machines
