I just want to say a massive thank you to Connor Edgar who works on the front security counter for helping me out today. As I was leaving I stupidly dropped my car key down one of your grates. After approaching Connor I asked if he had anything the help me get it out. He came out with me and had a look then got some things out of my car and his to try and reach it. He persevered and finally pulled it out for me. He really does deserve to be recognised for going above and beyond and I really don't know what I would have done without him . Thank you so much Connor you saved my day.
Having been tempted by a special offer we placed a Click & Collect order to collect between 12pm and 12.30pm. On the the day of the collection we received an email saying that so long as we clicked a link, or called a phone number then we could collect 30mins prior to our chosen time slot. We clicked the link and setoff to collect the order, but upon arrival there were no staff despite the App knowing that we had both set off and also arrived at the store. After waiting a few minutes a number of other customers arrived, but still no staff. We therefore tried phoning the number on the email - only to receive an automated message saying that the extension number didn't exist !! So we tried phoning Customer Services who said they contact the store and get someone to bring the order out - several minutes later and still nothing. Eventually we went into the store and had to queue at Customer Services to find out what was happening - after several more minutes wait there they assured us that there were staff at the Click & Collect point, but upon our return there still weren't, and the other customers still waiting there assured us nobody had been. Eventually a few minutes later a couple of staff members came ambling up with the orders, but little by way of an apology. All in all we'd waited 30 minutes just to collect our order !! and paid for the privilege. Suffice to say we'll stick to other supermarkets in future. *** Update *** After also complaining to Customer Services they have apologised and given us a voucher off our next shop, and I've also updated my rating due to this attempt to rectify the situation.
Appaulling & Misrable Customer Service Desk! waiting for delivery for 45 minutes, staff have no clue, they is no seating for just eat or uber drivers!! The wait is sooo long this asda needs barring for uber and just eat deliverys! This has been the norm for sooo long!! Something needs to be done!
Nice store well stocked has everything you need plenty of self checkouts so little time waiting to be served Street food and pizza counter available too!
Will not be using the Travel Money Bureau in store again , ordered Canadian dollars with the manager , said they be there wendsday , told him will be pick up following Saturday as flying Monday , took details said no problem , not there when I went to collect them , young girl said not on computer never been ordered & none in safe , so now will have to travel with no cash NOT HAPPY !
Can be difficult to find a parent and toddler parking but there are loads of other spaces to park. We had lunch at the cafe and the kids loved the treats. 5 rating for the staff.
Delighted with the outstanding service by Anthony Jamieson ensured my daughter was given organic milk after he found some spare pints in the back. Need more people like Anthony in this world.

The deliveries is a nightmare. There's always something missing! Today I had a delivery at 10am and an item was missing, I've requested a refund, which was declined. I just lost £22!!!
Very bad for blue badge parking ..plenty of blue badge space but no one checks to see if u have one ..so anyone parks in spaces because its near mian doors ..meaning u have blue badge but u have to park other end of car park
