Couldnt find an email address for complaint so will leave comment here Lax service from Karen (might be the plus side blonde mentioned in the comment below 🤣😂) today on customer service desk. Saw me approaching the desk, she turned away and started drinking water. Staff should not be drinking or eating while serving customers! Stood there like a lemon waiting and waiting...in the end I said "can I get some service pls?" 
It's not the first time I have experienced bad service at the customer service/kiosk area. Last time I came to exchange a school shirt, the staff member looked up at me and then turned to talk to her colleagues on the other tills (on either side of her). Didn't walk away without challenging her behaviour, she was very quick to apologise, why not do your job properly in the first place.
Staff need to be more attentive to avoid this type of confrontation.. asda sort out your staff!

This is my favourite supermarket in Huddersfield. Great choice of food. Love the casual clothing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My weekly shopping is not a chore going there and always greeted with hello's and smiles.

Helpful staff.  long queues at times but other tills gets opened when queues are long which is good. Good products available  value for money. Plenty of parking

Rude member of staff on customer service ('plus-size' blonde). Refused to serve me because it was 3:25pm on a Sunday and she had turned off the tills, spoke to me like I was stupid for assuming a store open was still running. Will never shop there, or ASDA again, will go to the numerous other supermarkets within half a mile of it.
