Don't lose your bank card with lloyds, takes 7 days for replacement, you feel bad on losing bank card, feeling even worse not able to get to money for 7, days, not able to get food, pay for gas, electricity. Not been able to get work.  It's my fault for losing the card but I thought replacement cards 3 days 4 at max. Lloyds need to get cards out faster.

Pretty unhelpful service,had a feeling the guy must have had a bad day and it's only 11.30

It's the nearest bank for us, but they have clamped right down on the way you withdraw cash, photo I'd, etc, so if you want to withdraw cash, then be prepared to have a driving licence or passport.

Nice enough as a bank, pleasant staff. Never been a part of the bank since 1976! When I joined as a NEW ENTRY into the Royal Navy. Absolutely awful service!!

Staff alway really pleasant and nice. Only four stars as you're forced to use the cash pay in machine even when there's no queue.
