Went to buy a new printer but when I spoke to the staff it turned out I had taken extended cover on my broken one. So when I returned it the original price was deducted from the price of the new one. Thank you for excellent service and efficient staff.

Live in Cramlington and no store to store deliveries for customers, so had to travel to the store at Wallsend to get a 32 inch tv with DVD player. Some loyalty to customers ..... NOT.

Seemed really good. I did a lot of research into the TV that I wanted and they just happened to have one in. When I collected the TV they were helpful and carried it out to the car. This was the first point they deceived me. I got the tv home and straight away I could tell that it had been used and returned.Seal was cut and sellotaped shut, inside the tv packaging was not sealed and the tv was loose. Luckily all was ok and I didn't think to much of it until I tried to connect my phone to it and it shows up as Dixons TV. This is definitely an ex demo tv and I should not have paid full whack for a unit that's been on the shelf for god knows how long. Dodgey staff if you ask me.
