Ordered a tool online - showing in stock - unfortunately it couldn’t be found in store - big thanks to Alex for tracking one down for me in a nearby store. Needed it on the day so appreciate you calling round the different stores and finding one for me. To top it off it was waiting for me with my name on it at the other store with no drama. Thank you.
Excellent service from the bike team today helping me choose the right sized bike for my little girl. Efficient and friendly the young man serving even helped carry the bike down the stairs and out to our car. Couldn't ask for more!
I placed an order on line for a windscreen wiper blade plus fitting . After just turning up today to have it fitted I only had to wait about ten minutes & someone came out to fit it for me.nI'm very pleased with the service from start to finish & would use Halfords again , I can definitely recommend.
In the end I got good service from the person who fitted the battery but the first person I spoke to ignored me three times and I asked about losing the code on the radio head unit that I had fitted at halfords leamington spa last year but was told there wouldn't be anyone available to speak to me for a week.nNot great customer service in my opinion
