I have used this company for about 4 years with no problem. I placed an order on 18 April for some cartridges. Was a bit suspicious when they did not arrive (as normally they arrive within 2-3 days). Went on to website to track my order, website not working, no contact emails, tried responding to the email address which they confirmed my order with, no reply from them, tried ringing them, no reply. Will be placing it in the hands of my credit card company shortly.

Don't deal with this company. Paid for ink cartridges on the 18/4/2014 and am still waiting for them. Tried emailing and phoning but no reply. You have been warned and learn from my mistake.

Not the best company . Bought 2 cartridges and neither of them worked . Called them , was advised to post the cartridges back and money would be reimbursed straight away . 3 weeks later still no money and they are not answering the phone.
