I cannot speak highly enough of Owens. For my parents, because of health conditions, a broken integrated fridge was very stressful. Owens’ understanding of their situation, product knowledge, amazing customer service and kindness took away the worry and meant that a solution was found and a replacement fridge is now in place with absolutely no fuss. Without them it would have been very difficult and probably impossible for us to solve the problem of sourcing, and installing, a new fridge and, in our experience, it is rare to find a business that appreciates what older, and disabled, customers need and has such a commitment to providing it.
Went there looking for a heating element for an Indesit electric oven. Although they didn't have it on stock they were kind enough to redirect me to another shop which had the part on stock. Thank you!
So helpful, delivered quickly and fitted both oven and hob within an hour. Fab company excellent service.

Superb service, as usual. We have bought several appliances from Owens in the past. Every time service in the shop was spot on, delivery on time, installation with no hassle. I wish all retailers were this good.
Fantastic service. Won't shop anywhere else... would highly recommend. My elderly mums fridge broke down. Rang owens & in 2 hours they had delivered a new one, & taken the old one away. With a few laughs thrown in too. Thankyou for your excellent service from start to finish.
Excellent service - bought and took delivery of a washer dryer within a couple of days. No ridiculous extra fees for installation and removal of my old unit, like Appliances Online would charge. Would definitely recommend Owens and I shall have no hesitation in using them again.
Owens came to our rescue at lunchtime on Xmas eve when our fridge freezer broke down! after we contacted Owens for help we went to the store and the fridge was replaced and up and running within 45 mins.in our kitchen . the staff were Fantastic. Excellent service doesn't quite explain what I am trying to say..... Owens saved the day and our Xmas

Our 18 year old Bosch dishwasher finally failed, 1 week into Covid lockdown! In July, as risk better understood we contacted Owen's and discovered no one anywhere had any replacement stock. They told us they expected delivery from Bosch in 3 weeks, would we like to order? Today, on time, they removed our old machine and installed the new one. Fabulous service in difficult times by really nice people - and NOT A PENNY MORE THAN THE BIG DISCOUNT STORES.
