Gary came highly recommended and he certainly didn’t disappoint. Called me back trying to book in through lockdown. Service was brilliant, my request for a general drive train check resulted in gear tweaks, full cassette rebuild, clean and wheel true up. All at fantastic value. And Gary such a lovely bloke. I will never go anywhere else!
WOW.. Gary provides an EXCELLENT service from start to finish.. he is extremely knowledgeable in ALL aspects.. I have a new set of outstanding wheels but more than that - my bike looks, feels & handles like a different bike - I will not go anywhere else - I strongly recommend Unleashed Cycles.
I don't usually write reviews but I will this time. Gary was absolutely superb from A-Z. He fixed my bike quickly, cheaply and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's easy to go back to a business when the customer is treated so well like this.
I had an issue with the gears on my road bike, so was looking for a local company with skilled mechanics to help, instead of the High Street chains. Came across Unleashed after quick a google search, spoke to Gary on the phone in the morning and by the next evening I was collecting my bike after it had been repaired. Speedy service all at a reasonable price. Strongly recommend Unleashed. Gary is very passionate about his business, bikes and his customers. He is very friendly and helpful. After this experience I will not be going anywhere else for any bike issues or servicing.
I have been to Unleashed a few times and my experience was excellent. Gary is so enthusiastic about everything to do with cycling. He fixed my bike very quickly and gave excellent advice. His prices are as good as the internet for parts. Because he doesn't have new bikes then he gets your bike working well rather than recommending a new bike. If you want to get your bike up and running then go to Unleashed Cycles.
Gary was great! I was short of a few tools during a bike build, gave him a ring, and he installed the components for me at a very low cost, and quickly too! He also provided some useful advice on chain oils, seems to really know his stuff.
Gary is a first rate bicycle mechanic and he provides a very professional service. He carried out several repair jobs for me recently - all were carried out quickly, to a high standard and at a competitive price. Gary is an excellent source of technical advice and a really nice person to deal with
Gary was very professional & friendly. I was struggling to find someone to service my son tricycle. Gary came to the house & serviced the tricycle in his mobile van. Excellent service & definitely recommend
Gary is fantastic! Couldn't recommend him more. I had a major issue with my bike two days before setting off on a four day cycle challenge. I turned up at his workshop at 8am on a Monday morning and after Gary had sourced parts from across the UK my bike was fixed and ready to go less than 28 hours later. Life saver!
I can thoroughly recommend Gary and his work. Delighted with my rejuvenated bikes after he serviced them. Always courteous and professional I knew exactly what he was doing and why and got good vfm.
