Cex have recently had a sort out and alot of the prices I can't argue with but double check the cases and when by games and dvds and when u buy tech as well because some members of staff can be careless and sell faulty tech or dvds or games and you would only have a 48 hour dead line to return dvds and games but the tech side covers for a 2 years Warrenty

It's a CEX shop just like the rest. Good selection of DVDs, CDs and Games but it is a little bit unorganised but that is to be expected because of people putting items back in the wrong places.

Very dissatisfied with the service of this store. I took my late husband's very expensive, almost brand new Sony Xperia smart phone in to be exchanged for cash. The store requested that I leave it with them for 24 hours to be 'checked over' and call in the next day when this process had been completed. When I returned I was told the phone was faulty.... totally untrue, there was nothing wrong with it and it was working perfectly when I took it in 24 hours earlier. Originally it had a lovely rainbow effect midnight blue back cover & when I got it home this has been exchanged for a scruffy, scratched black cover that didn't even match the rest of the phone. I returned & made a complaint later that afternoon & the staff denied all knowledge of being tampered with? I'm furious and will NEVER go in this store again.

All the staff I've had the pleasure of being served by have been brilliant. Always very patient and helpful. I once brought about 30 dvds and it took the woman serving me a while. I felt awful but she was very patient and didn't seem to mind having to find so many discs. Can always have a chat with the staff about games and movies.
