All the staff we met were extremely helpful. I had booked to have new wipers fitted which was completed very quickly and they also completed another task that I needed help with. Highly recomend.
Went in for a last minute wiper blade fitting. It was very busy and they were very short staffed. Wiper blades were fitted quickly and the customer service from Fran and the lady who fitted my wipers was excellent :
Considering the youtube videos I had seen regarding changing the dip beam bulbs on my A3, Lucy, James and Joe managed to sort the bulbs and replace all front headlamps in under 45 minutes by means of some ninja moves, specific kit and bendy limbs. Outstanding performance by all, thank you.
I was looking to purchase two new back tires went into Halfords in Bridgwater and I got speaking to a gentleman called John I explained to him what it was I was looking for and he sat me down and went through everything that I needed to know. He then explained to me the difference between the tires which ones were least effective to the most effective to cost-effective he really took the time to go through everything that I needed to know even though he knew that I had a budget and I wasn’t gonna be going above that budget he still went beyond what he needed to do to make sure I got the right tires for my car.
I went to Halfords for a leisure battery for my caravan, needed some advice about the choice Halfords had and Nathan, a wealth of knowledge about caravan things was extremely helpful. Very willing to explain things and advise on choice. I cannot thank him enough.
