Absolutely ridiculous customer service! The worst I've ever come across! Hand tools under £20 locked away in the cabinet so have to wait for the dippy attendant to talk about bike seats and other rubbish to about 10 different customers before he can even unlock the cabinet! Then after waiting all this time i will then have to wait in a queue at the till!! Plain stupid! Walked out in the end! Lost out £19.00 to talk about a bike seat that she probably nnever purchased anyway! Idiots.

If i could give 0 stars i would!! Ihad to re order a bike online for christmas for my 5 year old daughter because the bloke in the shop said he ordered it but obvisiouly couldnt be bothered to!! My partner went to pick it up christmas eve  and paid for it but men being men he didnt give it the once over wen he got home with it i was discusted as the bell was scratched and the stabilizers wernt even fixed on properly the bike was wobbly and not that stable we couldnt take it  back til boxing day my daughter was upset that she couldnt ride her new bike on christmas morning because the idiot couldnt be bothered to fix a childs bike properly..... how ever she was so upset and wanted to ride it up the garden so we let her a little way and she fell off to to side due to stabilisers not fixed properly she did not hurt herself in any way but the fact the bike wasent made up properly i find it shocking for them to sell a bike and send it away not safe for kids!!!! We took it back boxing day and explained the lady in the shop sharon was a moody arrogant cow she took the bike and changed the bell and fixed stabilisers properly however i dont know what she did out the back but the seat came back unlevel high up 1 side i said about this and the woman looked up and said oh well 
Iv fixed the stabilisers now havent i? and walked off. 
What shocking poor  customer service i had from sharon who works here. I will never buy anything from this shop again 
The staff need to learn some manners seriously

I donot give Bridgewater Halfords shop any rate because thay lies and the worker are abusive to customers they mess up a bike what I take in so I take the bike back and got my money back I got Notting but abusive from the worker I call head off about it' and  Bridgewater have lies about it for taking a bike  back and got my money they banned me from the store and lies about it

My son's girlfriend took her little Nisan Micra in today (5 August 2017). Cigerette lighter power point not working. Assistant changed two fuses and charged £4!! A small thing - but meant the world to them. Thank you :)
