I have been on a holiday in Quantocks and my pedal came off, possibly damaging the crank arm. These guys were absolutely amazing in their approach to me as a customer they never met before. Extremely accommodating and helpful. They sorted everything out there and then while I waited. I bought new pedals and raised handlebars. They installed everything and made sure it was good to go so I could enjoy my holiday. Thank you so much for such a brilliant service . And for the discount
Very helpful staff, got me out of a pickle at very short notice, very close to closing time. Not many companies would. Very reasonably priced too.
Arrived here unannounced on a recommendation of DT Cylce Services the latter didn't have the part for my bike. This outlet of Bicycle Chain didn't have the part either but they looked up other stores and, based on my Land's End to John o Groats direction, found the part at their Weston Super Mare store who are now fixing it. They called the store, asked they put aside the part. Very helpful indeed.
Thanks to Julio who repaired my bike after purchasing through bicycle chain , purchased the bike about 2 weeks ago and fault happened with rear wheel which needed in the end a brand new one ! He did it straight away and it solved the problem and fixed the bike ! Highly recommend Julio and the team at the bicycle chain
On a 200 mile ride, with my bottom bracket dying The Bicycle Chain, Bridgewater, was the obvious place to stop. I rang ahead and they sourced the part from one of their other shops. After assessing my bike they fitted the part same day and I completed my day's riding to Williton 1.5 hours away.nnIf it hadn't been for their expertise and persistence to find a solution my trip would not have finished successfully.nnTop work The Bicycle Chain!
