On a 200 mile ride, with my bottom bracket dying The Bicycle Chain, Bridgewater, was the obvious place to stop. I rang ahead and they sourced the part from one of their other shops. After assessing my bike they fitted the part same day and I completed my day's riding to Williton 1.5 hours away. If it hadn't been for their expertise and persistence to find a solution my trip would not have finished successfully. Top work The Bicycle Chain!
Felt I should write a review. I've been using the Bicycle Chain for nearly 3 years now, and I've not got a single bad thing to say about them. The staff are friendly, and there is that level of professional courtesy where they know who I am now, I can always have a natter about bikes, even if I'm only popping in to look at my dream bike which is still there. The stock selection is brilliant considering the size of the shop, and the workshop knowledge is outstanding. 5 Stars absolutely deserved!
Outstanding service from Seb. We couldn’t be happier with our bikes and the assistance we received. Huge selection of bikes and accessories with very knowledgeable staff. Seb gave us a great deal. We can’t recommend the bicycle chain enough.
Expert advice and service. My bike was making nasty knocking sound so took it in on Saturday afternoon, Steve quickly diagnosed the issue. They had all parts in store and I was able to pick up my much happier bike on Monday, having had a Silver service. Really impressive turnaround time compared to experiences I've had elsewhere waiting for parts and workshop availability. Thank you team.
Great Service Today . Took my bike in for repair as I has some mechanical issues while on a lands end to John O Groats charity ride. Staff prioritised repairs, gave great advice and had me back up and running promptly so I could continue. Thanks to all staff at The bicycle chain who helped me Today.

Very good bike shop with knowledgeable staff and plenty of nice bikes, spare parts and clothing for all types of riding.
Problem with tyres constantly going down on a new bike. They sorted it straight away. Excellent service very professional. Would recommend.
Absolutely amazing service. Was in the middle of a charity cycling event and the team rushed to help get my bike back in shape and back on the road, even though they were clearly already busy. Everyone really friendly and helpful. Best service from bike shop I have ever had.
Value, Service, Great Customer service unlike other establishment which tend to bodge a job to see you return many, many times *Cough* Halford. These people won't let you have your bike back until the job is done to the highest standards. Also, Bicycle Chains Parts are of the highest quality unlike *Cough* Halfords which don't. I was going back there every two weeks, until I went to Bicycle chain one service has lasted the entire year of continuous use. Their prices are better too.
