Excellent local resource worth stopping by for and supportingas Bridgwater residents we have to make the most of such community based gems of a local business:Good to see this local food producer still open! ‍‍
Make sure you do the maths before heading to the till. They do not register on a till or use a calculator to calculate their totals. They enjoy adding on a few extra pounds here and there to your total. If you ask for a receipt, 1001 excuses will be given to not supply you one. They have changed their shop location but the modus operandum is still the same. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. Increase the price of the goods if you want to make more money, but don't defraud your customers.
Great place to visit, good selection of fruit, veg, garden plants and even meat now!
Brilliant little farm shop. Get my fruit, veg and eggs here weekly. They plan to move to new site in Bridgwater at the end of June. I'll be following them on Facebook to keep updated on this.
Today I was so disgusted with the way my disabled mum whom was in a wheelchair was belittled and embrassed by the owner in the manner that he asked her to leave the store because the chair was taking up too much space. I understand they were busy but this was rude, discriminating in the way he spoke to her, this could have been done quietly and politely. I hope that they done treat all their disabled customers in this manner.
Awful care for disable customers. Staff extremely rude and humiliating to not only watch but see what was going on after kicking elderly disabled lady out of the shop for "being in the way" when there was clearly enough room for people to get past. I will never be going back and I recommend for no one to go here either.
Fantastic farm shop, brilliant selection, really fresh produce and well priced. The only place to go for Jacket potatoes! They also have flowers, plants, logs, kindling, bird tables, compost, various barrells planters and some garden furniture for sale again very reasonably priced and a great selection. Pop in and take a look
The staff here are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. My girlfriend and I started shopping here to purchase fruit and veg as we were fed up with all the packaging in the supermarkets and noticed that the quality of fruit and veg in LIDL seemed to be getting worse. It's been the best decision we could have made. We spend between £10 and £15 a week there and it's all been much tastier and we prefer that, we aren't gathering unnecessary packaging. Would thoroughly recommend them for families and couples.
I always go there to buy plants, compost, vegetables and Christmas tree in winter - it's a bargain for sure. Lovely, helpful people:
It's a proper green grocer's shop with the added advantage of home made cake's, free range eggs, honey plus a good selection of peat, various composts and soil improver. There is also a little open air cafe and plant shop. Plenty of free parking right next to the compost stack, so you can load up easily.
