Went to purchase a freezer, we were helped by a young man who was very helpful. Our intention was to take away that day but not in stock. Arranged delivery and on the allotted day got up early as no time specified for delivery, we waited in all day. I went on tracking and all day it said it was due, then suddenly on tracking it said it was not being delivered until the following Tuesday 4 days away. I had ordered frozen food to be delivered and had to cancel. They had our phone number just one short call would have sufficed. Husband visited store the next day and requested a refund, this was given but no apology was forthcoming. We purchased elsewhere.

***Overall, highly recommend this store*** Would highly recommend this store. Staff are friendly and helpful. I bought some headphones and after some time I returned them to change the colour, (unopened of course) and they quickly gave me what I wanted. Never really had any serious problems here. This is my local electronic store so it's where I get the odd bits and bobs.

Not impressed. I bought a screen protector. They installed itband it didnt fit, they put the wrong one on. This is now 4 months later. No replacement. No refund. I get fobbed off every time i go in to there.
