Extremely poor service. Ordered goods on express delivery. Paid for the service. Didn’t receive the goods on time and ruined my cycle tour. I tried multiple times to deal with the customer service to help make sure my order left on time. However they didn’t help in the slightest and kept asking me to wait for an email and refused to check my emails. Very rude attitude as well. Stay away from this company. I’ll be returning all my goods and pay a fiver more for leaps and bounds better service. I strongly suspect now that many of the 4 and 5 stars reviews may have been posted by being paid in some manner.

Excellent service. Ordered an item off the internet and it arrived faster than expected. They have allot of equipment on offer and I will be returning to their website soon.

Used the online store, prices were quite reasonable but delivery of my order is proving to be an issue: the items still haven't arrived yet.

A great place to buy all manner of cycling items. Easy to use website too. Been around for years. A go to shop for top of the range and unusual parts.

Pretty astonishing service. Ordered a couple of wheels yesterday for my Mk3 Audax , told they needed to be built and they arrive this morning ! Cant really improve on that!!
