Very happy with my recent purchase from Halfords in Swindon. Always love a good mooch around the store browsing.nThe staff could use some training in politeness. 3 members of staff in the kiosk had faces like a slapped babies bottoms and left me to struggle with a Halfords advanced 50ltr compressor cool box on my own but otherwise happy.nIf they would have at least offered to help lift and share the load good customer service I'd have given 5 stars.
Just had a new Dash Cam fitted at Swindon Store. The information to enable me to buy one was excellent by the gentleman I spoke to. Having decided on one - I was so pleased when he said he could fit it there and then. So basically excellent customer service and fitted straight away - thank you
I had the road angel fitted today for personal safely reasons. Fitting was completed in less than 30 minutes even though when I purchased the dash cam I was told it would take 2 hours. Very happy with fitting but an hour after I left the store I found out there was no SD card in there so no recording was taken. I was not shown how it worked or that I needed an SD card, if I had been told I would have purchased one on the same day. In future please can you notify clients that they also need an SD card at time of purchase.
So easy! Put my reg in to find the fit for my Q5. Checked out a few reviews, which all said how good the product was. I watched a fitting video on YouTube then collected my order. I fitted them myself while on site. Just fabulous. Need to buy a rear wiper now!
The staff here are brilliant. Jack fitted auto cameras very professionally. Unfortunately got a parking ticket a week later so please make sure staff log you in properly. Got put through to store and a very friendly manager Simon cancelled the ticket!
