Great Mobile Repair service from Halfords. Please let’s not Google for some mobile tyre service which is gonna cost you more- someone quote me £380 for two tyres and 20% fitting charge. I thought Halfords are costly but Best thing to do is wait - contact Halfords book an appointment and get the job done for free- Halfords charge you only for tyres and booking a specific slot. Special mention to ShaunMobile Service and Repair he did a great job, appreciate his proactive approach and Reassuring- keeping me sign posted. Thanks to the Team.

Needed a new Carbon filter they ordered the part and it came the next day!nnI was worried about fitting it and a lovely young man named Jack offered to fit the part for me free of charge!nnHe definitely went the extra mile and provided friendly and warm welcoming customer service. He also fitted the part really well, both quickly and efficientlynnAmazing service highly recommended
Very poor service.i ordered a 3d reg plate at £60 a joke ??? And was told they would screw it to my car when they arrive.nnI went to collect them today and was then told £9 each to fit them I wasn’t told this when I purchased the reg plates.nnWhen the guy came out to fit I was told it couldn’t be done as they were 3d they had to be stuck on????nAgain I was not told this at the time of purchase.nnI received my money back and asked the manager to do a bit of training with the staff there was no apology from the manger and didn’t seem to care about the error.nnVery poor service will not be going there again.
SADLY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!nI had been facing trouble to start my car as the battery was weak which I had purchased from Halfords just a few months ago. So I went to Halfords on 22 July at 13:00 asking for a replacement. I had to wait for half an hour until they showed up to check my vehicle. They said the battery was weak and I had to charge it a bit and go for a ride to give it a good charge. I said that’s the reason I came in because my battery is weak and needed a replacement. They said it’s their policy, so I went for a ride for 20 minutes came back again and had to wait for another half hour as they kept on ignoring me. When finally they got back to me , they insisted I go for another round on the motorway for an hour to charge the battery. Again after returning they ignored me and I had to wait for another 20 mins. And FINALLY after been getting ignored for so many hours I got the replacement at 16:30
