Just had new tyre fitted to my BMW GS - can't fault the service. Competitive on price and I was able to book a time and day so that I could have it fitted in my lunch break. I arrived bike was straight on the ramp fitted and out again in less than 40 minutes. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great service.
Superb customer service from Bike Treads. They were more than accommodating to fit in my bike that had been sat in a garage for 2years. Not only was their knowledge top notch but the price of a service, MOT, road test and a new tyre was spot on.
Took my xt660z wheel in to change the tyre whipped it off and back on and ballanced within an hour service was excellent and friendly and only cost £20 would recommend all day long.
The minute I walked into the showroom I was greeted with a warm smile and left to browse at will.very impressed with the varied stock.
These guys are the most customer focused and helpful guys I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I'm relatively new to the bike scene in Swindon area and after 2 MOTs a service and a number of parts orders along with professional advice, I honestly say I wouldn't go elsewhere. Had a problem with my indicators on my Sym, thinking it is rele, got an advice to try to change indicators instead first, as it could be that and it was. Very knowledgeable staff and I am definitely coming back Thank you :-

Fantastic service from Martin and his staff. Called on the off chance they might have a tyre. Not only did they have the tyre - but they fitted it the same afternoon. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Spend your money with these guys - support a local business rather than the ‘chain’ dealers….thanks guys.
I booked an appointment for 10am, after 1hr 10 mins I asked for progress with my bike. I was told it was next onto the ramp. 1 hr 50 mins to replace my rear tyre. Quite poor service, I mentioned it when collecting my bike to the workshop senior guy and was told he didn't work on it. Very poor customer experience for me. No apology or explanation of how busy you were, and three days notice when I booked it in. I am a very reasonable person so if at any point you mentioned how busy you were or gave a reason for the delay I would not have given you a poor review. Rode away quite disappointed.
Excellent and quick service can not rate these guys highly enough, fantastic price fitted me in on short notice, tyres fitted and balanced brilliantly. Top team highly appreciated
