This was my first time buying from you. I ordered, basically, a full bunch of motorbike equipment. Everything from the neck down. A lot of it didn't fit right so I used your free returns sticker. I ended up getting a call from Frankie because there weren't certain sizes in what I needed. He was brilliant, super helpful and concise. He was extremely friendly and I wanted to thank him. Everything fits perfectly and I'm very happy with it. I know it's not guaranteed but the return and replacement arrived extremely quickly too. I've had an excellent buying experience from you as a company and if you could pass on my thanks to Frankie!
100% brilliant bike shop. Everyone was so lovely and so kind and I would like to say a massive thank you to the two gentlemen, Pete and George. Who were wonderful with my parents and help us get the bike into our van. I suffer from tics and not one person batted an eyelid at me. All in all would highly recommend this shop and its lovely employees

My wife needed a new helmet, we have visited mega before when we lived in Swindon but that was a number of years ago. Brilliant place seems to have everything a biker needs. Plenty of skid lids to chose from. No issues about trying them on I did ask the salesman to check. So helpful staff plenty of choice so a great place to visit for motorcycle clothing.
I live a good hour away from the shop, went there yesterday and had to comeback today, this is how much I enjoyed going there, ended up buying an Alpinestar jacket and a pair of gloves of the same brand. I’m definitely coming back Saturday to buy a helmet. The only reason I did not purchase them all in one go as I couldn’t decide between two helmets and I need an “excuse” to go back to the shop. Frank was beyond amazing, he explained me all about the jackets, gloves and helmets I liked and showed me other options too. The staff was always around offering help. Top customer service including the lady at the till. A lot to chose from at a very reasonable cost. A massive thank you to everyone working at Mega Motorcycle Store. Regards, Bruno.
If you travel by bike, make sure you don't leave it unattended.. Parts are stolen when the bike is left out front of the store. I won't visit again as no saving on gear can replace parts lost. Shame a bike shop has thieves operating in its area. Not directly the shops fault. But making people aware.
I attended Motorbike Live at the NEC as a newbie to riding with tons of questions. Tom spent at least an hour over the day helping me with helmets, gloves, jacket, trousers and boots! I’d have spent days scouring websites and shops without Tom’s incredible knowledge. Can’t thank him and the RST rep who also helped enough. What an asset to the company!
Fantastic. I was greeted at the door by a lovely gentleman, lady working the till was helpful and had a wonderful experience at a low price. I brought a hjc helmet for £129. Highly recommended.
A very good experience. Went to buy a new helmet and some trousers and with great assistance came home with a new helmet and trousers! Very happy.
Visited 23/12 late in the day, the young guy working the counter was brilliant! Helpful and informative Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience
