These guys came recommended and did exactly what was needed with no pressure. Same day service and called prior to arrival to let me know that the engineer was on his way. I had an email issue that had been hacked. Shane soon had me back up and running with all accounts sync to all of my devices. Excellent company to deal with and well recommended.

We have always used SP Computers and would not entertain going anywhere else. They are always there to assist me with any problems that I may have no matter how small, like connecting my printer to the computer. Nothing is ever a problem with them and they always arrive when they say they are going to. Thank you Shane for all the work you have done for us with connecting the internet to the office outside, it works brilliantly now and also to the friendly team in the branch who are always friendly and helpful.  SP Computers are highly recommended and I'm sure who ever uses them will not be disappointed.

We'd used this company before and were really happy with their approach. This month we asked them to come back and do a full overall of our business and domestic network and systems.

Paul and Shane:
Did what they said they would - on time, courteously and with humour. 
Were very flexible when we made changes to the original spec.
Provided detailed, clear advice and suggestions to make the best of our kit.
Gave understandable answers to dozens of questions.
Explained the costs - all of which were very reasonable.
Fixed everything!

SP Computers are the best IT team I have come across in business.  Excellent call back.  Service with a smile.  Value for money and knowledge.  I would not hesitate in recommending them.

My laptop issue was triggered following a Windows 10 update and I failed to resolve the problem myself.  SP Computers was recommended by a friend.  I was impressed by their obvious customer care focus and the willingness of their staff to help and to discuss the issue with me to help me understand the problem and solution.  I will certainly use them again (hopefully I won't need to!) and will recommend them to others
