I've used this garage several times now, for tyres, exhaust and brakes, and their service is excellent in all areas. Always polite and friendly, they offer hot drinks while you wait, explain clearly what needs doing, and won't replace parts unnecessarily. They're quick too, so it's easy to get minor fixes done in a lunch break. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t praise this garage highly enough. I don’t live in Hemel anymore but whenever I can I will always bring my car here. Yesterday I was quoted £650 to replace my entire exhaust system by another garage and told it would take them 3-4 days to replace it. Drove the car 60 miles to Discount Tyres on my way back home to London this morning and the guys here informed me we only needed part of it replaced and it would only cost £110. Even better - they’re fixing it now whilst I wait. Absolute heroes.

Had a puncture in St Albans - AA guy recommend this place, told him we were driving over to him now, they shut at 1pm, we arrived at 12.57 when on arrival the owner said “I’m gunna have to charge you a call out fee as your late” I informed him we were here before 1pm, where he then told me I could go to quick fit and try my luck there or pay the extra £36 call out fee. We had no choice as needed to get back to Bristol in the rain and Snow. What ever happened to great customer service, thought you had a business to run where customer service should be a prioty!! Obviously didn’t care and wanted to get home for his Sunday Lunch, He had us over a barrel and exploited us for £36 for staying open an extra 8 minutes. Thanks for nothing

Highly recommended! Could not be more helpful! Quick service and went over and above what was expected! Exceptional service and super happy! Will definitely recommend and use again :)
