I set off to see these guys after having a very frustrating time with Land Rover main dealers who just wanted to replace parts until they dropped on it, the latest being a new CFB, not cheap. As you will find as you read on, wasn't needed either ....Having spoke at length with Elliot I decided to take the bull by the horns and travel the 2 1/2 hours down to Hemel. They spent most of the day going through the circuits of my car in search of a parasitic battery drain that has driven me insane... After some considerable effort and persistence on there front they finally found it and the offending part has now been ordered.
This father and son team were superb from arrival to departure, open honest and clearly very knowledgable. There is a great cafe around the corner and if like me you are frustrated with LR main dealers give them a go, these cars have a lot of cabling and control units. Diagnosis is paramount.
After numerous attempts at dealers and lots of frustration it would be easy to drive into these guys with an attitude like its there fault and take it out on them, spare a thought and let them do what they are best at. Elliot was very friendly and the bill was very fair. Any issues of this nature in the future and I will definitely be back

Fantastic service. This company are my first call when I have a problem with my car. The issues I have had have always been diagnosed correctly and fixed to a high standard. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Turner diagnostic customer service rubbish.
Call them back , two months after the cleaning of DPF on BMW X5  and changing the DPF sensor( for which i have paid £477.99), to find out why the Warning light is back again , they told me it can be different reasons but when i have trying to cut him in conversation to give my point he just hang the phone.
I think like customer i deserve to cut him in conversation to explain myself, specially after paying £500 ,which buy the way i'm not sure even was done.
Why they didn't give me printed copy of computer report with faults regardless the report will be empty or not.

Thank you so much Turner diagnostic, my Vauxhall meriva came in jumping down the road and I've come out jumping for joy that it's stopped you truly looked after myself and my car. Being a woman it's always daunting going into a garage but I am very impressed! Thank you again I will be coming back and will be recommending you to all.

This is my 3rd visit to these guys and i trust them implicitly everything is explained in great detail and to my satisfaction so there are no misunderstandings the knowledge and  hardware they have means that they are able to identify any and all issues that have arisen one word outstanding
