Ruth-Anna was amazing when we went in to get a new seat for our daughter. She was really knowledgeable about the seats and car seat safety, weighed and measured my little girl and was absolutely fantastic with her. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made it such an easy transaction, I’d previously been in and been so overwhelmed with all the different seats. You could tell she was really passionate about helping parents to pick the best and safest option for their child. Thanks Ruth-Anna!
My husband and I have bought two bikes over the last couple of days for our grandchildren. Thankfully they were both built very quickly for us and we were contacted to collect when ready. We had exceptional service from the three guys serving us on our visits, who are all very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to friends to visit this store. Hope you enjoyed the biscuits, just a small token of appreciation...thank you.
Great customer service in the Bike department. I had my bike repaired and thankfully they honoured the warranty even though I was a month out. Bike was covered for the first year however my fork developed a fault. Halfords bike technicians arranged for the repair under warranty which they didn't need to do. Much appreciate getting my bike fixed without being charged!
Ruth Anna was so helpful in helping me choose the right car seat for my new car. I turned up on spec, no appointment, and didn't have long to wait. She helped me compare those I had seen and indeed discount them as I didn't realise they were not isofix seats. Really helpful, fitted it there and then and talked me through all the safety aspects and safety checklist too, which we didn't get when we bought elsewhere online before. Really great service, would highly recommend.
Ordered online, picked up order after getting e-mail and much cheaper than a certain online store. Halfords had reduced prices, used an e-mail voucher and discount on the site. Combined, it was £29 instead of £58 on Amazon so happy days! Plus, staff have always been helpful, polite and cheery at the Kittybrewster store whenever I have visited
Went to Halfords today for car battery replacement. Job done by very experienced mechanic. In and out place less than 30 minutes. Very pleased. And priced new battery yesterday Reid for speed and Autosave on Lang Stracht. Halfords was by far the cheapest. Will definitely use again.
Fast and efficient ordered online and available next day. Price was 50% less than other local car part suppliers. Will def becusing Halfords again.

Not very pleased I thought the staff were rude whispering in front of you and not taking you on when I spoke to them. I requested the item be fitted in a certain position which wasn’t done. But instead of phoning me they just fitted it where they wanted to. I had purchased the top of the range dash-cam with rear camera which incorporates lots of features non of which are accessible due to it being fitted behind the mirror. They wanted to charge another hour to fit the rear camera despite them all being purchased together yet they finished the job in only 15 minutes. Never again I have refitted it myself in a legal and workable position and fitted the rear camera and still had ten minutes left of my initial hour.. poor show Halfords
