Click and Collect only. No merchandise in store to view.nCan use their terminals to order online, and can pay in cash at counter or by card online.nBut you CAN’T see any physical products until you have paid for them.
Bought an item that was not what I required. I kept all the packaging, and returned within the time period, as per consumer rights and there terms and conditions.nnOn returning my item, it didn’t not have the plastic wrapping like the one below and they were stating it was not re sellable.nnAlso because the Argos sticker was missing.nnNot quite sure how you get into a product without removing the plastic.nnAfter the cashier continuing to ask me what was wrong with it and state it’s not sell able, some boy, assume manager used some sense and did the right thing, exchanging my product for what I wanted.nnHe’s the only reason I’ve given two stars and not one.
Placed in store order but by mistake put wrong email address and didn’t revived order number and collection code .Phoned to Berryden store and Finley helped me with professional and friendly manner.
Had to return something for a family member which was unused. As had needed to open it I was told I could not return as it had been opened.nThe attitude of the staff member though was the real factor. I had to point out to them part of the Iron they said was broken was actually a simple cover for the plug. Seemed more concerned about how it would affect them than the customer. Poor service.
It's what you would expect. Very handy shop, and reasonable price, also long opening hours so it's convenient.
