I am so annoyed with myself that I didn’t catch the name of the girl that served me. She had a head scarf on and she was absolutely fantastic. I had bought a BBQ for my mother’s birthday and one of the legs was faulty. The kind clerk really went above and beyond to help me and the problem was quickly resolved when it could have been extremely difficult as I didn’t have my receipt. I hope she sees this and knows that her service was excellent and I really appreciate the time and effort she took to resolve the problem. Thank you again.
Staff supplied me with a broken xbox elite series 2 controller denying they supplied it and refusing a refund will never shop there again been robbed over 150 pounds by them going to trading standards tomorrow then there's the Staff attitude talking to customers like shit disrespect and rude to say the least was forced to tell him to wind it in after he claimed I spoke like crap to him when he'd looked down on me moment I entered the store avoid like the plague company no longer values customers it seems

Bought an item that was not what I required. I kept all the packaging, and returned within the time period, as per consumer rights and there terms and conditions.nnOn returning my item, it didn’t not have the plastic wrapping like the one below and they were stating it was not re sellable.nnAlso because the Argos sticker was missing.nnNot quite sure how you get into a product without removing the plastic.nnAfter the cashier continuing to ask me what was wrong with it and state it’s not sell able, some boy, assume manager used some sense and did the right thing, exchanging my product for what I wanted.nnHe’s the only reason I’ve given two stars and not one.
