They also offer contracts to meet the technology needs of business's so they don't have to employ their own department. Excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly, helpful staff.

Fixed my laptop and provided a speedy and efficient service for a reasonable price. Appreciated the emails keeping me informed of the job's progress. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others. Being able to park outside the shop is an added bonus.

I have used them for years now.  They are a proven company with consistency in delivering high quality service.  Turnaround time was quick.  Customer service was world class.  But the most important service I liked was the know-how. The guys at Techrescue Computer Repair are technically up to speed with in-depth knowledge about systems.  They did not make guesses about the problem with my “All-in-one System”.  The diagnostics and the solutions were absolutely spot on.  Plus the price of service was very pocket friendly.  They were also very helpful and friendly.  They helped me back-up my data into their makeshift storage unit as my Pen drive was not having the required capacity.  I doubt there will be any other service better than this.  Absolute quality. I strongly recommend them and will surely use them again if I have any issues with computers.

Within a minute of being in the shop, had replaced the screw in my laptop casing for free. Was very helpful and let me know what would be needed to be done if I have problems again. Would 100% recommend, very helpful and knowledgeable.

This small business is absolutely brilliant and everyone who has a computer/laptop needs to be aware of the brilliant service you will receive here. I dropped in with my laptop and its broken screen and less than 2 hours later I had a message to say it was ready to pick up. Now that is service. I was told if the part was not available it would probably be ready the next day but obviously it was my lucky day. I cannot praise this business enough and will be posting this on my Facebook page for fellow Aberdonian friends to be aware of. Fantastic service and certainly a BIG plus for Aberdeen residents
