Extremely helpful knowledgable staff member who listened to what I needed in a computer and gave sound advise. I bought a bundle of extras for my needs at a discounted rate and they a sitting up for me. Having had good service in the past from different branches across U.K. I must add these guys went the extra mile, the ability to explain in simple language to a nontechnical elderly lady was so reassuring . Thank you.
Had a staff that was wonderful, made sure we had everything we wanted and gave us information on whatever we asked. But got denied when it got to the payment check out asked what the problem was and was told that they cant say. Now how am i supposed to know to do the correct thing when next i come. Also went straight to another store and go the same thing and payment was no hassle.
Went to get an upgraded phone today, and the girl I spoke to didn't have a clue what she was doing, kept handing me an iPad to look at the details of the phone rather than her being able to tell me the details. Almost had me paying the full cost of a phone rather than monthly contract, at this point she called a colleague over to get help. I was over it at this point. Didn't feel confident enough to make a purchase today so I left!
After purchasing a hob/oven and having to replace the oven and reschedule fitting.nWas disappointed having to explain for 2 hours the reason for exchange .nHowever the fitter of the appliances was very efficient, friendly and helpful, just a shame Sales didn't give him the allotted time to fit Hob & oven as they'd marked that Hob had already been fitted .
Went in to buy a new TV. Very knowledgeable and helpful member of the team. The make n model we wanted was also in stock.nIt's a very large store so the range of all electrical goods was amazing.nWould recommend this particular store.
