After purchasing a hob/oven and having to replace the oven and reschedule fitting.nWas disappointed having to explain for 2 hours the reason for exchange .nHowever the fitter of the appliances was very efficient, friendly and helpful, just a shame Sales didn't give him the allotted time to fit Hob & oven as they'd marked that Hob had already been fitted .
The best advice I can give is have a clear idea of what you want. Before you come into the store. There are going to be store advisers. But based on their contractual needs, they will only help you if they know they can get a sale plus accessories out of you. Also, to, for example, if you re going in for a TV, be expected to be pitched. Soundbar sound system HDMI cables that are whale over to price A. But sometimes you'll have a staff that will help you.And tell you exactly what you need and not try to rip you off
Bought a new chromebook from here and within 5 days, it developed a fault, which saw it continually reboot. I took it back to the store and they replaced it with another. No questions asked. Great customer service.
Went in today to buy something at £100, just wanted to ask a couple questions before buying. An easy customer but when I approached a member of staff he told me there was a queue and that he would be with me in a moment. Waited around 15 minutes with several members of staff just wondering around doing nothing passing by and chatting to each other. Terrible customer service, the store needs new employees who have enthusiasm to sell items instead of ignoring customers and continuing to chat to each other.
This excellent facility is mainly the showroom for limited subset of Curry's goodies available on Internet. As showroom it's brilliant, even if you prefer online shopping.
