Fantastic customer service when I visited the Aberdeen shop to look at an electro acoustic guitar. Ramsay was very helpful, polite and happy to go the extra mile to get me what I was looking for. At the end he shook my hand to thank me for the business - nice!
With great service and their price guarantee why would you want to buy from an unknown shop online or go anywhere else?

Great shop went in for guitar strings walked out with a book a case a strap and a set of mics lol

Excellent service from friendly staff. Bought my daughters first acoustic guitar good advice and discounted. Got a free repair on electric with loose wire. All in all really happy and highly recommend the shop!
