Just want to say another thanks again to Simon Kennard. Collected my car a week ago and he was fab. Great man, professional friendly and put me at ease. Helped me get comfortable with the new car and different buttons and set up etc. He also rang me on Friday to check how I was getting on and absolutely fab customer service. Thanks again Simon!,
Excellent Customer service. After visiting several car sales showrooms and being treated like we didn't belong we went to Chorley MG. Their sales Man Simon was excellent he understood everything we required he allowed us to do the test drives on a day we preferred and to test drive more than one vehicle he kept in touch with us and we were able to successfully order a new vehicle on the 27th of October and look forward to collecting it when it's ready. A brilliant service would highly recommend it to anybody the coffee was excellent thank you Simon and the team MG Chorley
Went with my partner to view electric motor vehicles. We observed quite a few staff, some with customers, the rest standing and talking amongst themselves. We looked around several vehicles on the forecourt before going into the showroom, taking it upon ourselves to sit in display models, testing out the comfort of the new electric cars, with a view to making a purchase. Unfortunately we were not acknowledged by one staff member...and whilst we aren't fans of pressure selling, this experience was too far the other way. Only when we were walking out of the forecourt gates, were we offered assistance. Very disappointing salesmanship indeed !
Visited to look at a new car, the car didn't impress but the service I received was very good. From initially calling on a Saturday and booking a test drive for the next morning, being welcomed to the showroom, having the drive and speaking with the sales staff before and afterwards A* service.
Got an MG ZS on finance 1 year and 2 months ago. BRAND NEW car and the clutch went just as my pregnant mrs come off the motorway and they wouldn’t do anything to help and wouldn’t cover the cost of £792 for the clutch and the repair to be done. Now if you read up on MG and especially the ZS which unfortunately I didn’t you’ll find that there are a lot of forums mentioning the clutches are failing at around the 10k mile mark. Clearly a known fault. If I could I’d hand this car back to them tomorrow. To end this, if you want a company that are going to help you after they have signed over the car don’t go to the Chorley group and definitely don’t get an MG.
Stephen Leigh was super helpful and advised on the best car for our needs and facilitated a deal that worked for both parties. Was worth the travel from Cornwall to collect the car, highly recommended.
Test drive to buying the vehicle was a pleasant experience. The sales personnel were courteous and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure we got a deal that surpassed our expectations.
Simon is just one of a kind. Best service and advice on the ar to suit your needs and pocket. Highly recommend the garage and personnel that go every time ecta mile to fulfil your dreams. Forever grateful to Simon and a team. Keep on with excellent service and support.
Just ordered my 2nd MG ZS from Steve at MG Chorley, always get fabulous service with a great price. Highly recommend.
Dealt with Simon at MG on a purchase of used Mini Countryman, Simon was polite, friendly and professional, I have purchased several cars for Chorley Nissan and find their customer service excellent, I have no issues in promoting their products now or in the future.
