Outstanding from start to finish.nnI had been searching for a specific specification Toyota Yaris for a family member for a few weeks. I won’t lie, I noticed this one from JRR Cars and dismissed it as I thought it’s a longer distance to travel Glasgow > Chorley and then there is no guarantee of the car being as described previous bad experiences during buying cars. When I couldn’t find the specific spec Yaris closer to home I thought I’d make the call to JRR Cars.nnAnthony answered the call and immediately put me at ease. Polite, professional and relaxed. No pushy sales, answered all my questions and worries with ease. I left a deposit to secure the car and Anthony then explained that the car will now go for a full service, valet and would have a fresh MOT on the car if it had 6 months or less MOT on it it didn’t it had 9 months MOT on it already so I wasn’t expecting a new MOT and stated that if anything came up on the mechanical check over or there were any previous advisories on the last MOT they would be rectified.nnThe previous MOT, which as I mentioned had just over 9 months left on it, highlighted the rear pads as an advisory. I was expecting that they would be replaced and I would be delighted with that.nnAnthony phoned me a day later to say he sent the car off to have a fresh MOT, despite not requiring to as it had 9 months MOT still on the car, and they noted the discs were an advisory so he had them replace discs and pads all round on the car. I was blown away by this level of detail! So many garages would have just done the bare minimum to get the sale done. I explained my shock and delight to Anthony on the phone and in person when I met him and he explained this is how JRR Cars do things and that they want the product they are selling to be as good as it can be so that the customer is delighted, and I most certainly was!nnAnthony knew I was travelling a fair distance from Glasgow and really kindly picked me up from a nearby enterprise thanks again for that in a lovely prestige car and got me back to JRR Cars.nnThe showroom and surrounding area is a really nice environment, clean/ tidy and looks very high end. They have a wide variety of cars available and they all looked to have been prepared to a very high standard.nnAnthony allowed as much time as I wanted to check the car over and test drive it, making sure I was happy with it before purchasing. The car was perfect and their advert and picture quality was completely as described, if not better in person, which is key for someone buying a car online. The car was valeted to a very high standard.nnI was invited in to the office and offered refreshments while we sorted all the paperwork. Anthony made this a breeze, nothing was too much effort for him, professional and polite throughout. I was presented with an original Toyota full service history book with the stamp for the service they had carried out on it post deposit as well as the invoice for what they carried out on the car and the 93 point pre handover vehicle checklist. He talked me through the warranty with the car and e-mailed me all the details regarding this and explained to me that despite the distance, if there were any problems that fall in to the warranty these can be sorted at a garage near me.nnI had a considerate amount of fuel left in the car around 50miles which was nice and I set off home. The car drove the 180 miles home effortlessly and my sister is absolutely delighted with it.nnI would like to thank Anthony again for making the whole process easy and effortless throughout. It can be a daunting process travelling a distance to buy a car. The level of detail they go to is absolutely exceptional. They went over and above to make sure everything about the car was perfect before I travelled.nnHaving purchased cars in the past from both large and smaller independent dealerships I can safely say that this was the best experience I have had. We bought a beautiful F type convertible jag off of this company. My husband picked it up and after driving it home 4 hours a warning light came on. We called them and eventually managed to speak to Neil, they said take it to someone locally to find the fault and get the garage to contact them. We took the car to our local jag specialist whom diagnosed that it needed a new catalytic converter and they sent the report over. Her did not want this garage to do the repairs and said they would pick up the car and give us a courtesy car.nWhen they came to pick up the car the loafer was not suitable for the car and it had to be reversed on. The courtesy car was a car , a 12 year old roller skate covered in rust and falling to pieces.nWe were called today they have refused to do the work needed and merely changed a couple of sensors which would leave us with a hefty bill. We have in fact told them to keep the car and have been refunded our money.nBe very careful in buying a car of these cowboys and definitely don’t buy the beautiful blue f type convertible jag as you will find yourself with a hefty bill.

Just wanted to share my experience dealing with JRR cars    I only dealt with Anthony and Neil so can’t say anything on anyone else but ever since I went to look at a Volkswagen Arteon they were top draw I arrived to view.   Anthony walked us over to the car and gave us the key and let us have space to view the car on our own for 10 mins which is what some people prefer some people not  we had a look around their was a few things I wasn’t quite happy with a scuff on bumper and steering wheel was worn  so I mentioned these when Anthony come back over he didn’t hesitate at all to get everything I requested sorted .  I returned today to pick the vehicle up everything had been sorted , the spare key didn’t work but phoned me 2 days before to tell me that it’s not the battery it’s the key fob which needs replacing and didn’t hesitate to say if I can get it done at a main VW dealer near me they would pay for it , so I got a quote and passed it on today which was £456 they didn’t hesitate to knock this amount off the vehicle which I thought was very fair         I couldn’t recommend JRR cars anymore from my own experience and I would definitely buy from them again all being wellnnThanks JRR CARS.

Extremely careless employees. I got my worst experience from this dealership, I did not find the positive service mentioned in other reviews. We visited the place on 22 June late afternoon, we drove there from Cambridge, nearly 3 hours to see Mercedes GLC. At first the seals man young white man didn’t show any interest to show the car, when we knock him 2d time going inside the building, he tell us to bring the car number from the car  Without moving from his chair. Third time when we bring in the car number and asked him to show us the car a little bit he just gave us the key to see it by ourselves the salesman was not doing anything, he was just chilling with other colleagues . We had a look around the car, we liked it but the behave we got from the salesman was unacceptable, when we went inside again with the key, the salesman didn’t even ask us if we like the car or not.nWe bought the same colour and configuration Mercedes GLC on the same day just 20 mile away from this showroom, as we genuinely wanted to buy a GLC.nI believe the salesman behaved very rudely because we were brown people and we looked young, so he didn’t believe we are genuine buyer, so he didn’t give a damn care about us. There was lots of GLC in my auto trade account wish list, all of them are sold out by now, only this shops’ GLC is still on market, no wonder why.

Purchased a Ford Focus this week and found the experience fantastic, Neil and all the staff looked after us in a professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone, beautiful cars at a fair price.
