Fantastic B&B located in the capital of Skye. It is convenient, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with abundant toast, milk, orange juice, teas/coffee. I had such a great stay here, and Michelle was extremely accommodating. Another pro is that they have 2 adorable and friendly cats that wander around the house. Definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking to visit the Skye! FYI we stayed in Room 1 Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Nearby activities: Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and gift shops. Walkability: Walkable distance to all necessities. However we drove most of the time to save on time + it’s a bit chilly here!
Stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. Great location, comfy rooms, and the included breakfast was delicious. The hosts are so kind and they have a very cute cat. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
I was a little apprehensive when we first pulled up . It was a nice residential area, but it looked more like an apartment building . This actually turned out to be a great location, away from the noisy areas yet close enough to walk to shops. Michelle and Kevin were great hosts. Michelle made ice for me. The food was excellent. Everything was clean and welcoming. The only negative was the bathroom shower. It was so tiny and had a slanted roof. My 6'4" husband really had problems using it. Overall, I would highly recommend this business Rooms: We stayed at 4 inns in Scotland and they were all a little snug. Walkability: It is a bit of an uphill climb if walking. Just enough to get your heart pumping. It's a very quiet area. Food & drinks: Always reserve EVERYTHING. We could not eat at most of the restaurants because they were booked up. The take out places close at 2 or 3 in the afternoon. We ate mostly food from the coop Aldi.
We stayed for 4 nights to hike in the area and were really happy with the accommodation and breakfast. Perfect location a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants, clean, tidy and the service was extremely friendly. We felt at home :Rooms: 5/5

Stayed here while on a Highland Experience tour, and loved every moment of it. The room is a good size, and the bed was very comfy and cosy. There were outlets on both sides so we could both charge our devices. Towels were plush. The chair in the room was nice as well. Michelle and Kevin are friendly, helpful and overall very lovely. We got a delicious cooked breakfast both days we stayed, and the B&B is close enough to the Portree city center that getting dinner and doing a bit of shopping was really easy. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommended.
We stayed for 2 nights at Grenitote, as part of our Highlands Tour, provided by Rabbies. Pros : Friendly hostess. Quiet, comfortable room. We got the top floor. Bed was a bit soft, but not too bad. We slept really well! Bottled water, hairdryer was provided. The facility was clean, with clean linen and towels. Room has a heater. Good water pressure in the shower, with hot water. The wifi was strong throughout! There is a pantry downstairs, where you can make coffee/tea at any time. Breakfast is good! Starts with yoghurt, strawberries & granola. Then, you can choose between a traditional English breakfast eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, hash brown, tomatoes served with toasts OR a salmon delicacy that has blueberries tastes really good Location of excellent, it is a 5 minute walk from the Portree town centre & bus stop. Some toiletries are provided. The bathroom is quite modern, though a bit narrow. Cons : It is a bit expensive at £100/night with breakfast. No complaints otherwise. Nearby activities: Easy access to Portree's restaurants and harbour. Walkability: 5 minute walk from the Portree town centre & bus stop. Add another 3 minutes to reach the harbour. Walk back to the B&B is an uphill, which is slightly steep.
We had a wonderful stay at this quiet bnb. We stayed 3 nights during Skye live. The room was very comfortable with a great wee ensuite shower and loo. We were left to do our own thing and we found Michelle to be very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! We had a lovely cooked breakfast and we also had a little breakfast pack delivered to our door one day after missing breakfast for the 2nd day due to being up late at the festival. We had wonderful granola /berries /yogurt and a soft roll filled with creamy egg and smoked salmon as well as other bits and pieces. We would definitely return. Thank you.,
Nice, clean room w/ very narrow ensuite if you are a very big person or claustrophobic, you may have a problem. Very nice breakfast included we had to leave early on our last and were provided a lovely bagged meal; very appreciated! 5min. walk into town.
Stayed here for a night last week as we had to carry out essential work on skye. Was a very pleasant stay. Comfy beds rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great especially the eggs lol poached to perfection. An the surrounding areas are just stunning. Would stay here again
