Very poor service,dodgy dealings.considering their repute,made error asking them to sell my property,it was in high demand area,without doing any checks on available funds of prospective buyer,they forwarded me offer and upon asking them repeatedly whether buyer has funds ,they lied to me and after a month when there was no contact from buyer or their solicitor,I contacted green and Co,only to be told that buyer is in a chain,he is selling his house and will buy my house after sale,I wanted to decline offer but the staff kept asking me to wait and they are contacting buyer and their solicitor,it took me nearly 5 months to get rid of this agent and sell via a different agent with in short span of time,very unhappy with their sales team,bunch of tired 😑😓 individuals with no passion for work or improving their lives Or getting any pride in what they do.shme on you.

The agents who dealt with my house purchases were Jacquie and Kate of the Sutton Coldfield branch of Green & Company. They are really professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the services I received and Green provided me with regular updates throughout the entire process. I would also want to say a big thanks to my mortgage and insurance agent, Fleur, who has helped me secure mortgage on 3 house purchases. She is very professional and experienced but still managed to cater individual needs patiently. Fleur is very approachable and always responded to my queries instantly. I felt I have been advised all the options available to me with detailed explanations so that I could make informed decisions. I understand she has recently moved from the Sutton Coldfield branch to the Castle Bromwich branch and I wish Fleur all the best with her works in the new office.
