I do not understand the negative reviews for Prefproperties on here. I found all the staff to be extremely helpful, kind and very considerate. From personal experience Debbie and the rest of the staff made me feel like I was their only interest. I would not use any other letting agent. I would highly recommend Prefproperties. First class one to one service.

We live above one of there properties, agents ignore any complaints you have about tennents they rent to, and when they disturb other residents in areas who are ill/disabled and you ask them to keep noise down whilst they are slamming doors you are greated with 'oh shut up' lovely customer service will be also complaining to landlord who os there customer and the agents manager when there open, also had bad reviews off the company from previous tennent where theu charged her rent for not even being in property whe it was agreed she wouldnt need to pay

Ref 42 Norfolk rd viewing last night House had 2 filthy mares in it stunk of body odour from very large girl stunk so bad I coughed my god house was gothic in dirt foot stuck to floor awful agency had 3 applications said pay sign you'll get your money back

Bad experience for years when in charge of all my properties . Manage them myself now and safe hundreds of pounds.

Awful agency! Properties overpriced, fees are ridiculous and endless, - they will try to get you to sign rent contract renewals half yearly and charge fee for administration of it, then of course inventory in/out check admin fees! Also - it is impossible to get your full deposit back! If you actually will live in the property you rent through this agency - they will take money from your deposit - no matter what! If you change a blown light bulb and it will be slightly different spec - they will charge you for it! If you have an Internet connection and won't let them have it organised and get a referral bonus from Internet provider - they will charge you as if you had not asked for permission - although it is the same internet provider they advise you to get... If you use an oven or shower and then scrubb the lot to near new condition before you checked out - they will charge you! Just because you used it! Carpets - you can vacume or clean all you like - if you walked on them - you will pay the premium! And to finalise - you better have green fingers - as you will have to do manicure on their property's gardens and I am not talking about keeping grass cut and keeping it tidy - I am talking - manicured, or you will get charged! other than that - very polite bunch - I would be as polite too, if I could charge customers for nothing!
