Melissa and the team work really hard and clever to sell your property. They have attention to detail and really are prepared to go the extra mile. The marketing they produce really makes a difference and is much more than I've seen from their competitors. Selling a house is probably the most expensive deal you'll negotiate, so having an bespoke marketing team rather than a standard estate agent really helps, especially as it costs the same!!!!

I engaged the Amity team to help a friend of mine who needed to find a suitable house as they had a baby on the way and another under one. As they had three dogs, it was really difficult for them to find somewhere. However, the team at Amity helped them find somewhere. Although it needed a lot doing to the property, they negotiated with the landlord, to enable them to do the work to the property which would allow them to take a tenancy with the dogs. They have done a great job with the property and it's a lovely family home. The Amity team did a great job of liaising with the landlord so they could have the property and carried out regular checks on his behalf, ensuring all parties were happy. They now have a three year tenancy there and a perfect home for their family whilst the landlord has benefited from a long term tenant. Thanks Melissa for going the extra mile, during a really stressful time for my friend. I cannot recommend the Amity team enough.

I instructed Amity Properties to sell my property and they over-exceeded my expectations! They were very competitive with their fees, they helped me to stage & present my home in the best way possible. This led to a speedy sale for 20k OVER the asking price. They are super stars!
