Stayed by myself here for a business trip. The staff are fantasic and very polite & appreared to have top level hospitality training.
The privacy is good and love that they give you luxury amenities for a affordable price. Defiently stay again here.
The location is a good place as their are loads of places to eat nearbye in the town of Sutton Coldfield, some example include: Ask Italian, Pizza Express, Quinto Lounge, Weatherspoons, Nandos, TGI Fridays and many more. 
I am impressed with the great transport links nearbye. Their is buses in the town centre, a 5 minute walk away ,from the hotel going across the West Midlands. You can also get the train into town or up to Lichfield Trent Valley from Sutton Coldfield Train Station.
