Thank you to John Shepherd for offering to help with the safe return of our deposit from a rogue landlord.

Very high fees.  They keep increasing them without warning.  They would only ever give me a 6 month contract despite being a tenant for over 4 years so was having to pay an extortionate admin fee every 6 months and got nothing for it.  The property management side take ages to get anything fixed and the check out process is a joke.  They charge another fee just to check out.  They search for problems with the property that aren't there and then they take forever to give you your deposit back, despite it being your money.  Take my advice and avoid letting through these amateurs at all costs.  If I could of given a lower star rating than 1 then I would have.  AVOID !!!!

Definitely not reccommend.

Not my favourite one. The letting contact was unfairly in favour of the landlord. The contact was for six months and I have not received renewal after six months.
If you can get from other agents stay away from this one.!
