The library is at a good location with parking facility and free amenities like Wi-Fi and hot drinks. I joined with my 6 year old son today. Tracey Parker on reception was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and precessional. She provided exceptional level of customer services which is rare in the country these days. I will be returning soon for the service!! I encourage other in great Barr area to get off their smartphone and join and take advantage of useful services provided.
Brilliant library. Super friendly and helpful staff. There is always something going on, especially for kids, today they had an opportunity see exotic animals. Computer access, printing services and hot drinks are on offer. Great space, don't know what we'd do without it.
Great library with excellent facilities. Always something going on such as a coffee morning or story time. My 3 year old loves coming here to choose her own books. Staff are always friendly especially the young man who ALWAYS makes an effort to interact with my daughter and remembers her name. His enthusiasm makes her look forward to the library every time.
A lovely library with wonderful staff who make us feel welcome. We visit every couple of months with my children who love selecting books and playing in the children area. Today our visit was made special by watching a juggler and the girls getting the opportunity to have a go. It was great. Afterwards we stayed behind and our children played and looked at books. Susan who works at the library always makes our visits special explaining that she loves seeing the children happy and having fun.
I take my kids to storytime but never needed to use the library. I desperately needed access to a computer and printer a couple of months ago havent had time to write this review. The staff member was running a computer class. He was so very helpful. I was really interested in how he ran the class; he was so professional, supportive and encouraging to the elderly. I was very very impressed. I really hope he gets the recognition that he deserves.
Went to use the photocopier in an emergency and was short of change. I did my photo copying and dropped the money off later. Felt very welcome. Would be a great place to do some studying.
Superb experience with the library, I just love it men, and yaa of course staff are very helpful and kind
Plenty of books to choose from. Printing and photocopy options available.
Staff very knowledgeable and friendly the only thing I miss is no eating and no talking
