Stayed here for 3 nights last week, wonderful room, very friendly and helpful staff, we had dinner on 2 nights the Fish and Chips are the best I have had in a long time. Great place to stay.
Had Sunday lunch with friends. Had a window table looking out to sea. Food was very good. 2 courses for £24 or 3 for £30. Staff were very helpful. We asked for more gravy and it came straight away. Would definitely return.
This was a fabulous experience from start to finish. I can't praise the staff enough from reception to servers to bar staff,everyone was great. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed so much so we have come home and ordered the same mattress the only thing wrong was parking,my husband can't walk very far and we couldn't get parked close the hotel
Afternoon tea in the drawing room was jolly nice. Tasty foods and friendly service. The hotel itself is gorgeous, when I'm rich I'm going to buy it and turn it back into a private house, with a butler and everything.
Only pop in every now and then for a coffee and a light bite but has become our go to place when visiting Tynemouth. Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff in elegant surroundings and with lovely views out to sea. Can't wait for our next visit
