Regular weekday staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel itself dated and needed repairs. Hallway to room dirty. Small room with too much furniture. Cant close bathroom door, sink has cracks....Opt to have breakfast included if you stay there. Big buffet which is worthwhile.

Nice and clean hotel. Windows leaked noices and cold air a little bit but streets doesn't have a lot of traffic. About 15-20min walk to city center. Good breakfasts and salads in Canal Express.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Was within walking distance to the 3 arena. Would definitely recommend and go back to stay there.

Pretty standard business hotel. I stayed in the "enhanced" room and it was clean and larger than your average hotel room. I had friends telling me that many of the "regular" rooms are terrible, but couldn't verify this. They had the all-too-common hot water problem in the morning, which is annoying. Also, for the price, they could offer free breakfast, which they don't.

Went to a wedding here on April 20th, even though they were under construction it didn't bother us at all. Nice friendly staff food was delicious 😋
