The showers were extremely odd, water just gets everywhere. Had one outlet that didn't work, but we just used our US adapter and a power strip.nnOur bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely...flat? That's down to personal preference, so I won't knock a star.nnThe staff was so friendly, and the bartenders were extremely nice. Nice location, with a bus stop right out front, and a 15 minute walk to city center.
Clayton Hotel on Burlington was a great place to stay. The customer service is fantastic. We were there just over a week so we had the pleasure of interacting with most of the front desk people and they were all fantastic. The room was nice and clean. Location was perfect as we were able to walk 1-2 miles to almost everything.
Great hotel, 20min walk from the city centre. There is a bus stop with an air coach right in front of the hotel too and there is a Spar nearby and some good restaurants. The rooms are clean and pretty big. Beds were very comfy. Nights were quiet which is nice. Service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Some rooms on the east side can get pretty hot during the day if it's sunny but there is air conditioning. Unfortunately our TV signal was pretty bad and there were only around 10 programs but that's ok.
A wonderful hotel is Clayton Hotel Burlington. Beautiful ceilings. Fantastic food. The Executive king bed was perfect for sleep. The room temperature thermostat easily let us adjust the room temperature. I’ll return here,
Rooms are small and basic, at best. Service was great throughout and that made the experience better. Breakfast was great, and the bar was also very nice. Properly room upgrades could make this a 5 even while outside of the center. Michael and his night team stood out in great service.
