Convenient business hotel. Clean, comfortable room. The hotels main asset is its good location close to the many of Dublin technology companies. I didn't try the bar or restaurant during my stay. The front desk staff were helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport. I would stay again.

We stayed at the hotel a little, as the reason for our visit was a bit of sightseeing in Dublin and also a visit to our daughter who was studying there. What I miss and I think it is not difficult, is that someone spoke some Spanish at the reception, since I also do tourism I tried to do everything possible so that people can communicate, and in Dublin there are many Spanish working, that would give a plus. Another thing that we miss, was the shower system, we were on 228 and it was adapted for people with reduced mobility. I do not know if all your rooms are like that. For others, everything was perfect, we were not far from the center and with the tranquility of not being in the center. Thanks for everything

Never before have I been to a hotel where the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. One member of staff in particular, Derek, was very hands on with my two toddlers who they found very entertaining while our food was being prepared. The facilities are of a high standard couldn't fault them in the slightest. The location is perfect if you are going to the Bord Gais Theatre.

We stayed over the Easter weekend. Rooms are comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is right on the 702 air link bus route which makes it very convenient for guests flying into Dublin. There is a tram stop within a 10 minute walk and Trinity is around a 20 minute walk. The public areas of the hotel needed more attention. The bar area seating was stained and looked like it needed a general good deep clean everywhere. The dining room floor at breakfast got pretty messy and staff could have one more to clean this up. It was also a shame the swimming pool was closed for refurbishment, which we didn't find out until a week before we were due to visit. Overall though, a decent hotel.

Very sizable and well furnished room with lovely en-suite containing full size bath! No great view unless you enjoy looking into offices. Very nice swimming pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Good access to town via bus, walk or tram. Very keen cleaning staff, place was spotless. Definitely recommend!
