A really lovely hotel. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The rooms are of a good size, especially the bathroom which is really spacious and luxurious. My only criticism of the rooms are that they are quite dark, with only one window at the far side and not many lights which is a shame. I was on a work trip so had room service a couple of nights and the food was excellent.

Beautiful hotel . All staff very helpful. They couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend it. Definitely stay there again. Can't praise it enough.

Excellent food and service. Very kid friendly. The children got little activity packs that kept them entertained till the food arrived. The children's food options are very healthy (not the standard chips and something deep fried). Each meal came with fresh uncooked veg and humas. A little on the expensive side for juice and dessert, but I guess we should be cutting back on those anyway.

Very good service. They have plenty of space for seminars and any other functions. Well located. 20 min walk away from grand canal dock station. The theater at its doorstep

Superb hotel, modern, great facilities and location. My one issue was with the service at breakfast where we sat for 15 minutes waiting to order tea. We then waited another 10 minutes and received coffee.
