Bought a car from them last week advertised as excellent condition had issues with battery they came out and replaced it which was very kind of them. However terrible sound from the back when they came out i mentioned it and they said they did not notice anything I took the car to the garage today and turns out the two front coils are broken and have been for a while as you can see the indent on the wheel. I was not able to drive the car away the noise was due to the wheel bearing which would not have passed its MOT so need the back two fixed. In all been quoted £486!!! Joke not paying for it. Warranty given spoken to them and they advised it does not cover wear and tear what does that even mean?? However Under Consumer Rights Act 2015 they have breached their contract and falsely sold me a car advertised as  'in excellent condition' or fit for purpose as I am unable to drive it. I am entitled to a full refund or compensation in the form of the repairs under this same right it is their responsibility to put this right... I have not yet heard back from them. This car should not have been sold in this state and even then it should have been advertised with these issues which it wasn't and I have photographed proof of the ad. Hoping they will be honest and sort this out either way however if not, I've already spoken to consumer rights and they have advised me on how to proceed. Hoping to have this sorted before Christmas as this was bought in preparation of this time of year. I am very upset and disappointed in what has happened. I will update the review once it has been sorted.

I passed my test a week ago and purchased my first car at Orange motors. I was spoilt for choice and given great advice by one of the owners. A week later (on a Sunday)  the exhaust fell off the car. I rang them up and they came straight to where I was. A day later they picked the car up from my house and took it to the garage to have a brand new exhaust fitted free of charge. Cant fault these guys. Will definitely make another purchase there in the future.

rubbish company worst staff ever they claim  to be professionals they can't even speak a word of english cars are not as described stay clear

Awful service bought a car off them turbo blew after 5 weeks of owning it warranty a joke part has to be sent off and then they will make a decision still waiting for my car back dealer didnt give a monkeys trading standards being informed also mot had advisories totalling over 400 quid in parts alone labour on top. warranty would not pay out i got left with a 940 pound bill these guys are crooks do not buy from them.
