Had a fantastic service all the way through the process of buying my new car. Extremely helpful and understanding. The most impressive thing was the communication I had with the salesman who was dealing with me Mike Davies. Back and forward emails and always got back to me with the perfect answer and very fast. 100% recommend for anyone needing a new or used car. Thanks again Mike!!!
In terms of the quality and service that you get from here I would say it was pretty decent and wouldn't have any real complaints. Services and any work that needs done gets completed on time and is all explained to you. The only main complaint I would have would be the price of services / repairs. Its a bit extortionate considering the cars aren't exactly a 'premium' brand. Nevertheless it's still my main garage as I trust they do the work correctly and at a high standard.
Visited Lookers Gateshead to view a 21reg Fiesta. Car was excellent, well presented. Mike was the salesman that unfortunately had to deal with me. I’m a 50+ tech idiot. He was excellent and explained everything idiot style. The whole process was very painless from purchase to part ex to pick-up. Poor Mike had about 10 phone calls on pick up day and I was 4 hours late getting my car. Mike was there to hand over the car and talk me through everything. He set up my phone etc. nice touch Mike and keep up the great service. Couldn’t be happier with my car.
I had just had a really poor experience with Motorpoint in Birtley and decided to see if Lookers could help me! I bought an amazing cat r which was exactly what I was looking for from Stephen Little. He was so professional, no hard sell which makes such a difference and kept in touch with me till I drove the car away. Excellent experience plus the coffee was lovely too!
Bought a 2018 Ford Kuga off Jorge this week and I can honestly say the service I received was first class. From start to finish I was kept informed of the progress of the purchase and also with details about what was happening with the car at each stage alloy wheels tidied up. When I am ready for another new car in the future I will definitely be returning to Lookers Gateshead.
Great welcome fast efficient “honest no nonsense” service by Steve little. Given the opportunity to test drive two cars but unfortunately they didn’t have the model I wanted in stock. Would recommend for there service and drive towards customer satisfaction
Delighted with the service received. My Motorhome broke down on a Sunday afternoon as was recovered by the AA into Lookers, whose sales team accepted the drop as service obviously not operational on a Sunday. As it had been dropped in unannounced it had to join a queue to be looked at that was a considerable length of time however as promised they managed to diagnose it a little earlier than planned in between other work. In the end Ford agreed to a warranty replacement of all four fuel injectors. Peter Brown was very communicative, helpful and nice to deal with, he went above and beyond for me in terms of photographing the outgoing injectors and providing me with additional paperwork I needed. I was very pleased with the service received and Peter’s assistance in particular.
I’ve purchased cars from this branch for over 10 years. Brilliant service and superb after care. I would recommend to anyone call in to speak to the team. Dean, David and Alex have always been more than helpful.
Excellent experience. Jorge explained everything and with good comms via email etc, kept the handover to a minimum. All staff pleasant and helpful on arrival to Showroom and also, through initial contact via Reception. Thanks everyone. Thanks Jorge.
