I was very impressed with the service I received from Lookers from the start. I found them to be efficent, helpful and were always available to answer any queries I had. I dealt with Liam who was always very helpful. They delivered my car as agreed and once again the process was very efficient. I am thrilled with the car and highly recommend them. Much better service than I had from my local dealer! So nice to have good service for a change, thanks.
From the first contact I had with the team up until the time that I visited the showroom, I was kept fully updated about our car. The team were very polite and always returned calls in a timely manner. The video of the car that was sent was very informative and made the decision to buy much easier. It was clear and concise and showed up any flaws or damage to the vehicle in order that I could make an informed decision. Excellent service and car was exactly as described. I have only had it a short time but so far it drives superbly with no issues.
Well, I was satisfied on first few steps of purchasing car, used Nissan Leaf 2016 reg, very recently. As salesmen done good job on selling. But no aftercare, when I had issues with a car, I emailed straight to salesman. Then second email, and he said oh sorry emails went to junk folder. Well previous 15 didn't go to junk. Last Thursday I emailed again looks like again somewhere in Junk mail with report from local garage and with photos of NON POLISHED car, which Mr Andrew Cleugh requested. On video presentation he said all little scratches will be polished before the delivery, as evidence I have saved video. Which obviously was not done at all. I am still waiting on reply, which is a week with no response. As we bought electric car and I was based 300 miles away from dealer I was honestly thinking that car will be delivered on truck, not driven by someone, who meant to be delivering car on the Saturday morning, ended up getting car after 5pm. Well its electric car which needs charging often. I really hope this feedback will lead somewhere and I will finally get response on my email. I have paid extra money for work which has not been completed at the Lookers garage initially, and I am concerned on service level at your dealership.
We purchased a new car from this branch last month and the process has been simple from start to finish. We dealt with Graeme Brydon who kept us informed regularly with updates. It is our first electric car and Graeme was endlessly patient with our numerous questions. One of the first cars where I've understood the majority of the controls straight away as Graeme spent a great deal of time going through everything when I picked it up. Great service!
Fantastic service from start to finish with Lookers Kia Newcastle. The description of the vehicle was spot on and they provided an informative video so that I had confidence it was the right car before travelling to see it. All the paperwork was sorted in advance and I just had to turn up and test drive, before handover. Very smooth and stress-free process. Thanks!
Picked up my new car today from Jordan Reay. Who has been an amazing salesman, great at keeping me up to date and well informed on the delivery and arrival of my car. Jordan has gone above and beyond to help and support with all paperwork and admin for the car, explaining everything along the way and demonstrated key functions of the car, and even gave me Chocolate! Knowledgeable, happy and approachable .
It's sometimes hard to find good service nowadays. However, if you fancy a refreshing change, try Lookers. Graeme King looked after the sale and delivery of a new Kia EV with consummate care and professionality. Keeping us informed at every step of the way. I'll go back. A satisfied customer.

Andrew Cleugh made me feel very welcome. He knew what I was wanting from an initial enquiry. He allowed me time to test drive the car and then gave me several options. After the initial sale the process was seamless and Andrew was in constant communication throughout the process. Excellent customer service from him.
