We just had a truly great experience with Julian in Harley-Davidson. I was always pretty anti Harleys and we just popped in on the off chance they had in some part ex types! However, Julian was so knowledgeable and informative that I've had my mind totally changed. The bike is for my husband, but he spoke to us equally, which is incredibly rare as a woman in car and bike showrooms. I think Harley could seem a bit intimidating, but after a pretty shocking time in a different showroom rhymes with PNW, I would absolutely recommend it as an example of how motorbike shopping should be. Set the standard! We will be back.nnEdit to add, this was also twenty mins before closing. Exceptional patience!
I would like to thank the whole team at Gateshead who spent time and made our 6-year-old feel so special on our visit over New Year week. It was a special time in Harley Davison Gateshead, and I am sure when ready he will be there buying the latest Breakout or is that Daddy!!!
Cannot fault the service and communication at this dealer. Buying my bike was simple and stress free Adam was always available to answer the questions I had and made the process simple and most importantly quick. Will definitely be back regularly for services and catch ups
Thankyou so Much. I called the evening before on the off chance I could have some modifications on my HD as I was up North visiting a mate. The next morning it was all done and not only that but at 1/2 the price they thought the labour might have been. I had text messages, calls and updates all the way through. Thanks to Luke who took my call originally and helped me out. I didn’t catch the mechanics names but Thankyou to all. A great team who were all happy to help out. I left feeling impressed with their excellent customer care hence why I felt I should leave this review. Happy Days Gateshead HD Team !
Well worth a drop in. Lovely bunch of knowledgeable staff, clothing store at the rear of the store doing really well, complimentary coffee, lots of bikes on display.
