What a dealership!!! Superior customer service. Extremely friendly. They really follow the Harley Davidson quality. I personally went in for gear and Moe was absolutely helpful. I tried on so many items until I was able to find the right gear. He told me try on whatever I liked. I felt so valued at this Harley store. As well Samir was a great help. I love visiting Harley stores around the world as a Harley owner. Let me tell you, if you get a chance to visit this store you 100% should.
Very dissatisfied with my service for my 750xg street needed two new tyres and the cost went up when I booked in then they tried to up sell other services after ages on the phone I had to tell them I couldn't afford all there selling points after booking a day off work they then couldn't deliver my bike back on the allocated time which already cost me car hire. Now I have to try and book another day off work to sort out if they can deliver. I'm sure they are not to bothered as they already have my money .
Very well pleased with the staff at Harley Gateshead the quickness and efficiency at doing the fork seals on my wife's sportster very friendly and nothing is a bother will give you all 10 out of 10 many thanks again.Dave Kendrick
Called in here with our friends from the states. Mike collects Harley merchandise with the place name on it. Mo was wonderful, very attentive and knowledgeable, wonderful service and one happy friend.
Great service from Mo I only popped in for a coffee and ended up buying a jacket, T-shirt and trousers he even gave me a little shoulder back to ride home with my new purchases
Did the dreaded. Bought a used bike online without seeing it. Most people would be horrified at the thought but honestly it has been the best service from start to finish. Adam in sales responded straight away to my enquiry. Someone else had their name down for it so he said he would get back to me if they didnt end up going for it. Within a day he came back and we set up a sweet deal. Took my old bike with no fuss over the little bits. Arranged delivery too. The bike was exactly what I wanted and no hidden surprises. Couldnt have asked for better service. I know some people might think buying a bike from a dealer will cost more but the peace of mind you get is so worth any additional price over private sales.
Just purchased a bike and had it delivered from Gateshead ,A real professional team , Friendly and helpful and go out their way to help , Really recommend them ....
Very friendly non pushy service from a sales team that know their products. The location is ideally placed to take one of the bikes out on a test ride.
